Yes, you can, because supplements are really the part of your foods that you are already missing. All you are doing is you're complimenting your, your food to a much better level, to a much better performance level. That's what you're doing. Now recommended daily doses are normally very low. Because they assume that you're eating correctly, and the right type of products. None of this is true. We never eat correctly and we never eat the right type of produce simply because they're not available. What we get out of the supermarket is not what we should be eating anyway. So by taking supplements, we're complimenting our foods, We have to make sure that we cover not only for the part of foods that are missing, but for the deficiencies that we have accumulated through years of ill diets. So what we have to do is to take much higher doses. The body can handle them and can eliminate the excess. But we have to make sure we're at optimum level because that's all too important for a healthy, high performance life.
